DONATE TO THE CAMPAIGN
Before making a contribution you must confirm that the following is true and accurate:
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation or labor organization
- I am not a federal contractor.
Also, please understand that the maximum contributions are:
$50 anonymous cash
$100 cash
$2,400.00 per election (primary and general elections count as separate elections)
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name and address of individuals whose
contributions exceed $50 per election cycle.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
Contributions or gifts to Alan Strack for Congress are not tax deductible.
